Siobhan holds a First Class Honours B.A. in Counselling and Psychotherapy, a Diploma in Mindfulness, is a Master Practitioner of NLP, is a certified Life Coach and a Mediator.
Siobhan’s early career began working in the Entertainment industry both in Dublin and later in London. She has worked with an assortment of artists such as Sir Elton John, Goldie and B*Witched among various other high profile artists. In her early 30’s Siobhan returned to Dublin and established the Ronald McDonald Children’s Charity in Ireland and was instrumental in the building of the Ronald House at Crumlin Children’s Hospital.
In 2005 Siobhan expanded her family by one, her son Seán and in 2007 she had her second son Charlie. Being a single mother made Siobhan view her world differently as she was totally dependent on how her own mental health impacted on the boys. It was Siobhan’s passion for understanding how our minds work and how the hectic pace we live our lives is creating an epidemic of burnout that inspired her to change careers and her lifestyle.
She established her Psychotherapy clinic in 2010 and has been delivering bespoke workshops on Behavioural Change and Mindfulness to companies, conferences and events around the country.
Siobhan is regularly interviewed on her view point as a Behavioural Change Therapist for newspaper and radio including monthly contribution to the RTE Lifestyle show.
